He was very helpful, and took time to explain a few things. Then he followed up via phone just to verify it was delivered. Thank you so much Brian. You went above and beyond.

I ship out my resale clothing items here and it has been such a great experience until today. Of the two employees at the front today, I worked with the unhelpful and unkind one. Such poor customer service. I left without even shipping my items. I hope I just caught her on a bad day and that she isn’t rude to others. Thanks to all of the other employees who have always been so kind.
