Comes to the office and two ladies say the package is missing and now made an excuse that they might have written the wrong number on the piece of paper instead of trying to figure out where the package may be. Now I have a lost package. Great job. Put in more effort into your customer service that way people are losing packages and dealing with inconvenience WHEN ITS YOUR FAULT. Wish I lived elsewhere cause this is my second time in 3 months.

I went to look at a house in a subdivision and liked the house, but didn't buy it because they decided to make multi boxes on the corner of the block. I would have to walk or drive the end of the block in the freezing winter to get my mail. No thanks. Laziness is a. Shame.

I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!
