She talks down to elderly person in front of me who would like a new PO Box (because they can't reach their current one anymore), then refuses to give my request even the slightest bit of effort. I can usually pick up my package the day it is delivered from UPS, but not this lady, not today. Any other day 5 stars. This time, I wish I could vote for less than 1 star.
