- DJD. JohnsonFeb 14, 20261.0The poor service from the Solon Ohio post office is well known and has been well documented over the years and yet the service remains poor. In the past two weeks alone we have received notice of an awaited delivery and notwithstanding notice of delivery on a Thursday for example, and post office emails showing the item’s image and the delivery date! , it does not come on Thursday , or Friday or Saturday!! This is a common occurrence. There seems to be a complete lack of care in the postal system. Its shameful. Previously filed complaints go nowhere. Pathetic.

I just got it back in the mail saying that I used the wrong form. She couldn't have told me that? Now I have to pay again to send it to the government. I will avoid the Solon post office whenever I can!
