I went to the Sidney post office 3 months ago and mailed information about life insurance and health insurance information for an ambulance call. 2 pieces of mail. I bought stamps at the counter and the guy at the counter said he would send them out for me. He never did. A month later I had an unexpected additional charge for the life insurance and today, 3 months later, I got the bill for the ambulance again. He didn't mail either. Neither was ever received by the companies I mailed to. I'll drive to wapak if I have to mail something. My dad worked for the post office for over 30 years. He would be very disappointed.

The facility and personnel are great at this location!!. Its filing a claim on the main website is the issue. I have received 2 priority mail boxes in last 2 months that the sender said they never closed and taped the box that way nor put stamps all over it. Valuable items were missing! The sender is now sending me pictures of inside packed and box sealed before sending. Someone is stealing in between their post office and mine! Its scary to think USPS isn't safe anymore. They carry your identity everyday. They need to be held to higher standards and if they are not paid well then pay then better! How can you mail priority box with paid postage and receive it with stamps all over it and resealed differently with missing items?
