  Their self checkout has improved life for me.I really like that.I don't have to talk to anybody.I don't have to make small talk.I don't have to deal with anybody.I don't have to wait on twelve trillion people behind me.Because I like my space especially being immune compromise severely, I don't like people breathing and coughing down my back.I can just get my package done at my leisure.Wrap it up, deposit it or put it on the counter and be on my way.Very happy about this addition to the store!!

  If I could give the customer service and interaction with the Manager Pam a negative 100 I would. There is no way this lady should be a manager at all. Completely rude and dismissive. UPS is Completely failing keeping these types of people empowered and employed.
