The staff is quick, very friendly and helpful. I've gone to the UPS Store in Garfield Hts. on Rockside road and I was disappointed with the service provided. They were very slow and unfriendly. They acted like they were doing me a favor to use there services. The UPS Store on Chagrin always provides excellent service.đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť Keep up the great service.
- MDMark DixonNov 12, 20251.0I got to the store with an Amazon return 15 minutes before closing. The two fellas had locked the door and begrudgingly opened it to accept my return. They had the NERVE to say they had things to do and were very annoyed that I had made it to the store with time to spare. Usually Amazon processes my return and issues a credit within an hour or so; it’s now 3 hours later and I’m afraid these two impatient WORKERS didn’t process it in time out of spite. Two other customers came in behind me, so they were truly annoyed. We’re headed into recession: even crappy retail jobs will have dozens of people ready to take your place.

I normally don’t care but today I just wanted to get this completed. It seems like everyone has a problem with him and nothing is being done about it. I don’t see myself coming back here anytime soon.
