The woman in the white delivery van often will not deliver packages - even if they fit in the mailbox. I even installed the largest mailbox I could buy in order to save her a trip back to my house. Most recent incident involved someone in the post office falsifying tracking info to show that my packages had been delivered. They let several sit in the post office before notifying me that they were there. Now I have a mess to clear up with Amazon. I'll be filing another complaint, but this time above the local Postmaster since he either can't or won't make the delivery driver do her job.

If you can avoid this post office DEFINITELY do. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! The staff is VERY VERY rude, they never deliver packages on time, and they are the laziest people ever!! I’m going as far as filing a complaint with USPS headquarters. We have had many many late birthday gifts, late online orders (which in turn results in wasting our money because the items were for specific days) late important items, etc. Tracking always says it’s sitting in Chillicothe for days and sometimes even a week. It’s not really in Chillicothe. I’m sure it’s sitting in the back until they decide to scan the package in because it magically gets on the truck and out for delivery in minutes (Chillicothe is over an hour away so this is not possible) The delivery driver refuses to get out of her vehicle even if your dogs are NOT OUT!! We constantly have to go to the post office to get our packages just because she knows we have dogs (even if they aren’t out) She puts dog paw stickers on any mailboxes where there are dogs and uses your dogs as an excuse to not leave your package. Several times she wrote “dogs” on the slip for the reason of not leaving the package and it’s at a time we aren’t even home so the dogs are locked up in the house. Someone needs to do something about this post office ASAP!!!!!!!!

I always get my packages and letters on time, but since I live where they have to drive to deliver mail, there's been multiple times where they'll deliver big packages after it had just rained, and they'll drive up the driveway, deliver the package to our door, and turn around in our grass and leave muddy tire marks in the grass, messing up the lawn even though our driveway is straight through the property connecting to the road at both ends.. EDIT: I've recently received packages containing alcohol while I was not home that had to be signed by someone living in the household, and I was not at home and it was left on my doorstep. I was confused, but I didn't think too much of it. Later on, I checked my shipping information for my orders on the website I ordered it on, and seen that someone named "Evans" signed for it, which no one going by that name lives here; just three adults. I am almost certain that the mail carrier signed for it because they didn't want to bring it back to the post office for me to pick up. That is VERY unprofessional, and they should watch out who they sign for and on what packages. I am not very happy about that.
