Extremely nice, caring, fast service, knew what she was talking about. She walked me through the entire process, fees, etc and it took no time at all! She took and fixed what was another locations mess up and gave me the solution I needed!
- LSLuke SchaeferFeb 18, 20261.0Terrible expirence with the Sandusky USPS. I mailed out a mailer to the correct address for a client and it couldn’t be delivered. Our local mailman told us if we bring the package to the post office they would refund us. And the 2 ladies at the counter who were extremely rude said he didn’t know what he’s talking about and he just delivers the mail. So I left with no refund, a package that’s 4 weeks late , and a terrible customer service.
