I asked her if I had to purchase a stamp along with one of their $.59 envelopes and she literally ignored me. There was three people in there and it was dead silent, so I know she heard me. So I asked her a second time, she rudely replied with a yes, as if I was incompetent for even asking. Why work in customer service if you hate people so much?
