    I can’t say enough good things about Ashley and Heather at Staples Sandusky! They absolutely bent over backwards to help me with a very specific and oversized print order. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly—professional, patient, and genuinely eager to help. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and they nailed it. Thanks again to Ashley and Heather for making the whole process smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend this team!

    I have always gotten great service and products from Staples. Once I went into a national chain's store to buy a computer. Two salesmen talking to each other ignored me, until I left in disgust. I went across the parking lot to Staples, where I was promptly greeted by 2 employees who helped me select a computer which I have enjoyed. I don't know why I went anywhere else in the first place!

    I can not say enough how much we appreciate Ashley’s professionalism, service, and kindness during our most recent visit to the Sandusky, Ohio Staples Branch. We needed a poster and flyers ASAP for our son to share his first published book at an autograph signing. This was an extra big deal because our son has special needs and designed the poster and flyers himself! Ashley treated this printing job with class, how it should be, which made our son’s first autograph signing get off to a WONDERFUL start!     Heather may be one of the most d respectful employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I was just trying to print a few things and she treated me worse if I was an animal. I was astonished at her horrible service.
