  Five stars for Jake! I came in with a last-minute, time-sensitive emergency regarding a grant application. Jake was incredibly helpful and efficient with the printing and scanning services I needed to meet my deadline. Great service and very much appreciated!

  I had an Amazon return I dropped off here and they lost it. I had the label from Amazon on it, I’ve returned multiple packages this way. I usually just drop them off at ace hardware because it’s closer for me but I was in the area and dropped it off here instead. The girl at the counter didn’t scan it when she took it which I thought was odd but didn’t think too much about it. I’m usually refunded within an hour or so. After a few days went by I checked the status on Amazon and it shows it like it hasn’t been dropped off. I called gave them the tracking number and they have no record of it. I will never drop anything off at this location again and would advise the same for anyone else.

  This store is horrible. I try not to go there. I have never seen such rude people. It's just amazing how rude they are. I ask a question and they don't even want to help . This store should have all knew employees. I even ask the last time I was there where I would find the corporate # to report them. I hate to drive to Boardman but most of the time I go there. Si helpful and pleasant.
