- BLBarb LauferJul 29, 20251.0CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD SENT OUT MY JULY STATEMENT. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT AT MY HOME ADDRESS. I CALLED CAPITAL ONE JULY 28 TH. THEY SAID IT SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED AT MY HOME ON JULY 24TH. WELL IT WASN'T DELIVERED AT MY HOUSE, SO WHAT HOUSE WAS IT DELIVERED TO. THIS A VERY SMALL POST OFFICE IN A VERY SMALL TOWN. WE HAVE LIVED AT THIS HOUSE FOR OVER 50 YEARS. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THAT MAIL WAS LOST OR REROUTED TO DIFFERENT TO PLACES. THE CAPITAL ONE SAID 5HEY CANNOT SEND ME A NEW STATEMENT UNTIL AUGUST 12TH. THAT WILL MAKE ME IN DEFAULT OF MY PAYMENT BY MAIL. THIS HAS COST ME MUCH DISTRESS. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY STATEMENT? CAN YOU HELP US FIND IT. SOMETIMES WE HAVE RECEIVED OTHER PEOPLES MAIL. WE ALWAYS GET IT TO THE OWNER IF WE CAN FIND THEM ON OUR STREET. BUT I'M SURE OTHER PEOPLE WILL THROW MAIL AWAY THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHO IT BELONGS TO. CAN YOU HELP ME FIND THAT STATEMENT BEFORE AUGUST 1ST?
