    My postal carrier caused property damage and when I called to report it, I was yelled at for waiting 3 days to report it. (Work hours restrict my availability.) I was told it couldn't be proven it was their fault, even though I have security camera videos showing the truck running over the item. The person who answered at Russells Point was extremely rude and condescending.

    We are in Florida for the winter and took the steps to have our mail forwarded, the couple that bought our home at the lake received an envelope addressed to us, they took it to Post Office in Russells Point where our PO Box is and were told that they could not put it in another envelope and mail to us, they also told us the gentleman was not nice about it and would not let them take it back or with them to put in another envelope and mail to us. He said if the adressee had his mail forwarded it would be forwarded to us. That should have been done in the first place, that's the whole reason for doing what we did

    I have repeatedly stopped in to ask about “possibly” getting a cluster of boxes for a park I live in. I was previously told the only person who could help us with that or discuss possible solutions would be Serena. Everytime I go in, Serena is off. Yesterday, Oct 6 I stopped in & I explained to the gentleman there what I was inquiring about and he also said Serena which WAS there yesterday was who I would need to talk to. I explained since I did not have the park manager with me could we come in today and discuss our options. Serena did not come out of her office to talk to me but instead told the gentleman, we could come in today but again she would not be there but the supervisor Christy would be and she could handle this. She spoke loud enough for me to hear her but did not come out to meet me. The manager and I go in today and Christy was very kind and patient with us while we explained what we were asking about but said this would need to be handled by Serena. Not sure who we can talk to to get some answers, possible solutions etc but if Serena is the one to help us and she’s never there or pushes this off on someone that does not have the authority to make decisions like this, is there someone over Serena that we can talk to?? Brad or anyone who will take the time to sit down with us and discuss some options AND be able to make some decisions? I’ve never had this problem when dealing with others there… it’s always been a great experience. Just can’t Seem to find out when Serena is there or will give us the time of day! Very frustrating!! If someone can give me some direct contact info the manager and I will most certainly reach out. Hopefully we will hear back from someone who can help. Thank you Update: 10/20/2025. I understand that Serena is now working with the park manager to hopefully assist us with this issue. That’s great! I believe we could have been able to see what our options were on Oct 6 but Serena’ did not come out of her office to assist me rather said to come in tomorrow and Christy could take care of it. Which we later found out could not be done. Seems like things are moving along now so we’re cautiously optimistic in seeing if all continues to go well. Thanks Serena.

    Having trouble getting mail. Package says it's in mail box and it never is. This has happened several times.
