Employees seen me waiting. Heather came to the window and said if I wanted waited on I need to hit the call button. I said people seen me, she cut me off and said hit the call button anyway. It was the tone and the rudness in the way she cut me off. Very disrespectful. Maybe a couple classes in customer service might be helpful.
