  “Frustrating” is an understatement for this Fairview Park FedEx location. I came in ready to pay for shipping and printing services and couldn’t even get straightforward answers to basic questions. Instead, I got dismissive, snarky responses and attitude from multiple employees. Honestly, it felt like I got the three “Goldilocks bears” of service — one stupid, one rude, and one incompetent — and not a single solid answer or solution. On top of that, the pricing was shockingly high — I was quoted around $50 for ground shipping with insurance and nearly $80 for 2-day shipping just to cover a ~$2,000 item. That’s already hard to justify, but what made it worse was the complete lack of explanation or effort to walk through options or help me understand what I was paying for. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a negative experience for no reason. There was zero effort to be helpful or professional. I was prepared to spend around $100 and likely would have upgraded services if things were handled properly, but instead I walked out. If you need help with printing or shipping, I’d recommend going to a different location.

  Well!! I had the worst experience here at this location I happened be working in cleaveland and I bought some clothes for my children and send it back home to houston and it desapier no body could help me find it and never got my money back that was not good at all. I keeped calling a number they give you and no body help find my things and the store manager could not do nothing but just give that number to call ...it's been over a year so I decided they can keep the money and my child's clothes will never use fedex again .

  I usually use Office Max across the street for printing but time after time it is just a struggle to get what I need. On my last visit the printing desk was closed (understaffed), and 2 of the 3 self-serve printers were out of order. They suggested FedEx. I found the manager at the Rocky River FedEx to be an absolute ray of sunshine; extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and got me squared away and out the door in minutes. I was stunned at how quickly my printing was done and with zero aggravation. Very happy I ended up there!

  The worst customer service of any FedEx Office that I've ever visited. The mangers are extremely hostile, should be replaced asap. Whoever is the district manager of this Fedex Office should have a serious sit-down chat with the managers who are abominable.

  This is my local go to for presentations. Recently when I was in a pinch to get something ready within a few days I accidentally sent the wrong file and didn’t realize until pickup. Luckily Brian was able to fix it same day! His customer service is the reason I’ll be back, thank you Brian.
