    Came here to pick up a 50 lbs shipment of wine as I knew that I would not be home to accept the shipment on a Friday. It is Saturday and I came to the store and the associate who helped me was rude and had all sorts of opinions on the fact that I was picking up wine and said under her breath, "you know they have grocery stores for this." She said "sometimes I wonder if we are a FedEx or a wine store." When I mentioned that it was a specialty wine, she rolled her eyes at me. Not exactly the best customer service and I would appreciate that she keep her opinions to herself.
