I walked in and Melanie is still there and more interested with what she is doing on her cell phone than helping me the customer. She is still rude and just nasty. I fell like a paying customer she just does not car about helping me. I can not believe the post office pays her. waste of tax payers money

Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.
