- ACAngela CountsSep 19, 20251.0Mail carrier won't shut my mailbox so my box is wide open and sometimes my mail gets wet, she shoves packages in the box, I get other people's mail and she won't put my packages on the porch so my packages get wet. I have talked with Management about these issues and they keep saying they will talk to her but nothing has changed. This has been going on for months!

Yesterday, carrier did not attempt delivery but coded the package as being held at post office per customer's request....I NEVER requested the package to be held at the post office nor did carrier stop at my home to make the delivery. I was home ALL DAY & EVENING....These issues happen ALOT!!! To call the local post office regarding issues, you then get attitude from the "post master"..not even sure the person claiming to be the post master is actually the post master--RUDE!!
