- MMmar marMar 24, 20261.0The people at the physical location are wonderful but it seems im not the only one having issues with mail and the mail carrier. My mail carrier decided to randomly stop delivery my mail and i had something extremely important coming in affecting my ability to survive. I was left a random piece of trash with rules that were never ever enforced before for an entire year till now no fore warning or anything and the post office supposedly doesn't have my missing mail and is guessing it all got returned to sender...crazy a lazy worker wants to make everyone livea difficult by creating random rules that paper they left is bs for so many reasons. Cant stop delivering mail because you want name tags that ur not gonna provide when it was never required or mentioned and i am listed as the resident and this is my active address!!!!!

My mail carrier left the mailbox door wide open on a windy day, and my mail ended up blown all down the street. When I called to report it, there was zero concern or accountability. Now I’m missing several important letters because of their carelessness. Informed Delivery is a great feature in theory, but what’s the point of seeing what’s coming if I don’t actually receive my mail. Basic attention to detail—like closing a mailbox door—shouldn’t be too much to expect. This location seriously needs to improve its service and communication.
