I have to make my baby passport, my appointment was at 10h am I was there 9h45 am because I did mistake on my form she asked to go out print new form because I printed it online. She never told me that she had the form in office. When i tried to refill the form she said book new appointment. My question why she is at the office? To help people with their service or selfishness

Went back in my email to get the QR code and the man started handing my stuff back telling me to hurry up because the line as if I did not wait just like everyone else. So rude.
