- JSJay Saddler1 day ago1.0If I could give them zero stars I would. I called in to the Reynoldsburg Post Office to check on the status of a package that was supposed to be delivered several days ago. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude from the beginning. She told me she couldn't give me any information on my package, it wasn't where the USPS tracking website says it was, and she couldn't do anything to help me. When I told her that her customer service was awful she started talking over me and eventually hung up on me. I called back multiple times, and every time the phone rang for several minutes and then suddenly switched to a busy signal and the call disconnected. She was clearly letting the phone ring and then hanging up on me each time. That is absolutely ridiculous and childish behavior from a grown adult and a government employee. Do better USPS. Amazon has better shipping AND amazing customer service.

I have to make my baby passport, my appointment was at 10h am I was there 9h45 am because I did mistake on my form she asked to go out print new form because I printed it online. She never told me that she had the form in office. When i tried to refill the form she said book new appointment. My question why she is at the office? To help people with their service or selfishness
