  I want to express my extremely disappointment, On Friday this past Friday, I dropped off a package at the FedEx and the one that helped me with a manager, I let her know that it was an urgent thing for me to get it to the place I needed to get. I let her know what was in there and that was my error. But little did she know that my sister iCloud was connected to that phone so I could track the phone the whole entire time and the tracking that FedEx provided said that it had got picked up at 9:20 AM but the phone remained there, All day Friday and then the next day it appeared at a apartment complex though my package did get to Sioux City because I double packaged it so they opened my package and took the package out and then put it back in a package is what I’m assuming but I know for a fact, she did tamper with my package because she seemed like she did not want to help me. This is the second time that I have a negative experience at the same FedEx all I remember is the manager’s tag said that she’s been there since 1998 but here is the address where my iPhone is and I sent it to Sioux City Iowa the package and only half of my package arrived. It is still in Columbus, Ohio. 2228 Parkville Ct, Columbus I hope FedEx does look into this and see if anyone lives here at this address because that’s where my iPhone is the one that I sent on Friday and I know she did tamper with my package. Shame on you FedEx and shame on her hopefully she gets fired I’ll give her the opportunity to give me my phone back if not, I will be filing a police report

  The current Store hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM. I have showed up to the location multiple times at 8 AM AND THE STORE WAS CLOSED. The employee showed up 20 to 30 minutes late. There are many times that I had to leave and come back later be on time to other schedule appointments.
