I’ve tried calling several times and nobody ever picks up, yea I get it, shut down and stuff but come on. I moved here recently and the carrier refuses to deliver my mail. Left a vacant slip in my box, I filled it out, a WEEK AGO. He/she will not take it, I’ve left it in prominent locations and they still won’t deliver my mail so now I have two packages floating around usps land and can’t get my turnpike bills to pay. If I get hit with a late fee because the carrier refuses to cooperate then you guys will be reimbursing any late fees. DO YOUR JOB! I was a carrier during the last shutdown, they weren’t exactly sympathetic nor will I be. Deliver my dang mail already! Pick up the phone once in a while.

Horrible post office. I use Informed Delivery, and I've now had 3 items that should have been delivered over a week ago still not arrive. Likely lost, and delivered to wrong address. One was a check from my mortgage company. Total incompetency at this branch with the drivers apparently and there is literally nothing we can do about it.

I saw the USPS van literally drive past my house, and then they said they “couldn’t access my location”

I use Informed Delivery to make sure I received all my mail, which I don't. I had some important papers from the VA that were supposed to come Monday according to Informed Delivery, today, Tuesday, still no mail from the VA, and it's 7:15 pm and we just now got our mail on E. Highland Ave. Its funny, they raise the prices of stamps and the service gets worse. The last good carrier we had here was Joe, but he retired a few years ago. Someone needs to give a complete overhaul at the Ravenna Post Office.

Multiple times now my packages have been “failed to deliver”. In my hometown then sent 30 mins to an hour away to another hub…. Makes 0 sense. Please get your people loading your vans correctly!
