My sister has her Medicine delivered here and they refuse to deliver anything to our house because they said our mailbox is covered in snow. That is not true. Our mailbox is not covered in snow. I never thought that Ravenna Ohio post office would go downhill like it has. They don’t seem to care about anybody but themselves.

Since I have to be up early to drive far to work. If mail cannot be delivered during the day it can wait till the next day. Now I'm mad ,and having a hard time falling asleep!!!!
