UPDATE: It was NOT Jessica Limas' the post master I dealt with is Samantha.
Today she went to far!
I had them holding my packages at the P.O. for the month of December. I drive 6 miles ONE WAY to pick them up after it shows that they have been processed. I never missed a pick up!
On December 11th, 3 packages were delivered, & had been processed. I went to pick them up, but Samantha only gave me 2 and when I told her there was a 3rd package, she blew me off & walked away - (her typical attitude!) I did not get my under cabinet lights.
I returned the next day, on the 12th, for the package that she failed to give me the previous day, and 2 new ones that were delivered that morning. Again she only gave me only 2 packages & could not find the lights, they were still missing, & she didn't care, she was to busy to look for it.
On the 3rd day, 👉I did not get any messages that a package had been processed to pick up & I did not want to do a 12 mile round trip if they had not found my lost package yet, so I called to ask if they found it. I was told they would call back.
Samantha called me much later & instead of being professional & simply saying, Yes, we have your package, that we lost two days ago, she was upset that I had called and INCONVENIENCED HER!
She told me that when they hold packages for me, I was to show up to get them, not call and ask if they were there.
When I got to the P.O. to get the package they had lost, I let her know that I did not appreciate her attitude when she was the one who was negligent, and she lied in front of another employee, and pretended that she had been "nice" on the phone!
But again she told me that I was to go there and check to see if I had any packages, instead of calling!!
I asked her if she expected me to show up everyday for a package *they lost* without calling first to see if it was there, & she said YES, because she was TO BUSY to be on the phone!
She expected me to drive 6 miles there and 6 miles home, everyday, just incase they found my package, so that I didn't *inconvenience* her with a phone call that she was to busy for!
🛑If you are postmaster and you cannot handle a 30 second phone call to let someone know their package was found, then you should not be postmaster!
UPDATE she refused to let me pick up packages anymore and said they would be delivered. That was Friday, today is Wednesday and she has not delivered any of the 3 packages that they have of mine. One they got Saturday and the other two they got Monday, but I have not gotten them. My stress levels are very high!

Horrible postmaster Jessica Limas. Don’t care about anyone-especially her customers. She needs removed and replaced with someone who actually knows how to do their job as a postmaster should.

Not so fond of the post master. Workers are friendly and helpful though.
