They are all very friendly and helpful. I enjoy having a Post Office Box there.

Here is my thoughts: the mail carrier that drives the black SUV is amazing. I wish I knew his name. He goes above and beyond. Now the other mail carriers that fill in when he's on vacation I usually don't get my mail then. The office staff always very nice and helpful but when I mail stuff out it's a 50/50 shot if it arrives ? Not sure why. Overall thank you for all you do.

Anytime I have a package that won’t fit in the mailbox. The driver will not get out of the car to put it on my porch. I then get an email saying “driveway/front door unaccessible”. Which makes no sense because I will get mail that day AND other packages that are way smaller and DO fit in the mailbox. This happens EVERY TIME when I have a bigger package.

I think the postal carriers for the Proctorville area are absolutely wonderful! Every year they voluntarily participate in the Stamp Out Hunger food drive. Collecting food while they are delivering mail is very difficult, but they still do it. I think they’re great. Thank you!
