I have spoken to the elderly blonde lady, the younger dark haired Indian woman as well as the Indian man behind the counter. Clearly non of them have been properly trained. Mail is late or missing all three of them have to team up to help the blonde lady so if your in her line you are just waiting for her to ask one of them for help- help that they will not be able to give you. They aren’t able to track ANYTHING and aren’t willing to. They just tell you it takes time. If I send a package on Monday morning I should at least see some sort of progress by Friday evening , it should at least be scanned in but of course it’s not. They throw packages in a bin and leave the bin sitting all weekend. They always have bins and bins of mail as well as a line out the door. They can not and are not willing to help you in anyway regardless of if you are the sender or the receiver. This office needs major improvements starting with the TRAINING OF THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE FRONT DESK. everything’s always lost and they are always annoyed and unfriendly when you actually ask them to do their job. If my tracking states that my package has been delivered I am not leaving until you hand me it because I know you have it. If I mail something from here and you give me a tracking number I expect to be able to track and it that you will actually send it out within a timely manner. Maybe that’s my fault why would I expect a mail service to be able to properly handle mail. Not sure if the man behind the desk is the post master / manager but someone needs to step in here because the city of Powell is being neglected when it comes to mail services. The Indian woman specifically is ignorant unkind and rude. She is however the most competent of the crew and is the only one who’s ever been able to solve any of my problems. Which is rare for her too but I will give her that.

Worst mail service I have ever used. Do not open a box here. Your mail will sit behind the counter for days and they’ll tell you they don’t have it you’ll have to wait in the extremely long line to fight to pick up your packages and then they’ll treat you like a burden for demanding your mail. Worst of all when you go here to ship ANYTHING they’ll loose it for 6-9days before the tracking ever updates it will not be delivered on time and your lucky if they’ve even printed you the correct tracking number. Workers are lazy and incompetent and don’t want to help

Our neighborhood is consistently skipped when there is snow. Even though most of us clear an area for the postal truck they just decide to ignore our neighborhood. Have not had mail in 3 days and our mailbox area is cleared. Worst postal service ever from this office. Wish we could switch to the Orange Rd office.
