On almost every single occasion that we have sent a package out from this location for UPS Shipping, we have been hit with massive amounts of additional charges.
We are constantly shipping out high value collectibles that are fragile and expensive enough as is, especially with how heavy they can be at times and how this can drive the shipping cost pretty high.
So for us to have incurred additional charges after the fact, amounting to **thousands** of dollars, which we then have to spend weeks disputing and trying not to have our shipping operations ground to a halt, is infuriating beyond words.
This doesn't even begin to mention the fact that we have also gotten complaints / concerns from buyers across the country stating that the boxes seemed pretty roughed up when they arrived and the inside contents shifted around despite tons of packing material within.
Which leads us to believe that it can't possibly be the case that different drivers of UPS in nearly every state you can think of, are all carelessly, disrespectfully, and unprofessionally handling the packages.
Which is why we assumed that the horrible handling all can be traced back to its starting location. **This** UPS Store location.
After a shipment containing close to $10k in merchandise arrived at a buyer's residence with broken shards of glass, all items in the box obliterated, a hole in the corner of the box, etc. that was the final straw for us.
We have since switched who we ship with, and will never look back. We've had zero issues, complaints, or even the most minor of concerns from our customers since this change, and not once have we been charged so much as a cent in additional fees either.
I normally never write reviews, let alone go into as much detail as I have here.
Genuinely, the owners need to just pack it up. Because as a community, we are deserving of so much more than the apathetic, embarrassingly incompetent, mediocrity embodied by this place.
