Terrible service the guy acted like he didnt want to help, took my money then sent the package back to my house, my properly packaged, labeled, underweight, non dangerous item having, non hazardous materials, package meant for my girlfriend at Christmas, back to me. I better get a refund. Ridiculous awful.

Pretty sad when postman states "no access to delivery location" when you check the package tracking yet the black mailbox hanging on the front of the white house is CLEARLY VISIBLE AND EMPTY. Nothing blocking it, nothing inside of it, no excuse as to why it didn't arrive today. This has happened on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. 03/17/2020
