- MWMolly WolfeJan 16, 20261.0Postmaster in Pomeroy, OH has zero customer service skills. Packages are not scanned in properly and when you inquire where your missing package is that his carrier picked up personally, this postmaster says, “I don’t know, there’s nothing we can do, it might get scanned eventually” while I need proof of delivery to be compensated for the item I’m returning. Absolutely worthless!

Well i just tried to call again today and he hung up on me . last week he dropped my package on front st, luckily the girl knew me and dropped it off. I don't know whats going on st the post office but they better figure it out.
