They picked up right away then told me they had someone on the other line and would be right back with me. After being on hold for 57 minutes, they picked the phone back up, and immediately hung up on me. I would never use this post office if you have literally any other option.

Our mailbox is at the end of our (short) driveway & rather than walking to our door and knocking, they leave notes on our box saying that they attempted delivery of certified mail & no one answered. Do I live inside my mailbox? I mean, come on. The courier on our route continuously puts our mail in the neighbor’s box and they do not return it to us. Because we live in a new build, we can’t set up informed delivery yet to track our incoming mail. It makes it hard to keep them accountable/ keep a paper trail. I had to purchase a P.O. Box in town just to make sure I actually get my mail. What a nightmare.

- LRLogan RectorMar 21, 20241.0This post office is truly unbelievable, I continue to have problems with every single package that gets put through this god forsaken USPS. I have been waiting on a package that arrived at my local post office (5 miles away) at 1:30 pm. Of course, they load the 5 deliveries for the day and nothing else so I must now wait an entire day with my package just sitting at the post office. Not only this, but I can guarantee and bet over $1,000 this package (very large) will be shoved and stuffed with the upmost effort into my mailbox, instead of walking the extra 10 feet to my porch where it won't need to be crammed into a small area and damaged like every package before it. Lastly, their phone number doesn't even go to the local post office, but the national corporate hotline so they can avoid phone calls all day until they're forced to answer one after someone is transferred waiting on hold with corporate for an hour. This is hands down the laziest post office I have seen in my entire life and there's no wonder they're going out of business to superior postal companies like FedEx. I'm convinced that the 3-4 five star reviews are either bot accounts or employees trying to make the reviews look better. Shame on all of you, especially the drivers, I will continue to fight tooth and nail in order to NEVER get USPS again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
