Just watched a substitute blonde lady delivering mail just through my package down at door. The package had glass in it! Very poor work for delivering mail!! Sloppy and lazy service.

Derek is a super friendly and helpful person. Jeanette wants to get defensive and be very rude. Glad I don't have to deal with this post office daily. Go to Sidney and deal with Ivy. She is amazing and always friendly regardless of the situation.

I haven't had any bad experience with the actual post office. My issue is with mail carrier. I don't have a vehicle at the moment. Just because I don't receive mail everyday, they walk past my house. My understanding is that if I have mail on my mailbox to be delivered to post office, they take it. Never had a problem anywhere else I lived. I guess they don't bother to look in complexs.

Never get the tracking on packages right always a day later than what online tracking says. Never get mail holds right either every time I get back from a trip all my mail is laying on my front door step or crammed in the mailbox.

Nice people. Maybe a little understaffed at certain times.
