- GGGmamaFeb 3, 20265.0We hadn't received our mail during this last week because of weather. I called the US Post office and let them know our issue. Within 30 minutes, the Piqua office, April, called me. She explained why the mail hadn't been delivered during that time and we had the choice of waiting for it to be delivered or pick it up. We let her know we would pick it up today. Before my husband or l had a chance to get ready to leave the house, the mail lady was pulling up to our mailbox. It was nice to see see our post office employees step up for us. Thank you April 😁

- DLDimitri LayneSep 20, 20253.0I haven't had any bad experience with the actual post office. My issue is with mail carrier. I don't have a vehicle at the moment. Just because I don't receive mail everyday, they walk past my house. My understanding is that if I have mail on my mailbox to be delivered to post office, they take it. Never had a problem anywhere else I lived. I guess they don't bother to look in complexs.
