Abby at the front desk made a great impression, very professional, informative, and genuinely friendly. Jeff also stood out with his positive attitude and took the time to explain all the little details I needed to know for the job. Great team, great experience. Only thing I need to improve next time is my timing… especially when it comes to my coffee order 😄☕️ Highly recommend!
- BABryan AlvarezFeb 23, 20261.0My experience with PrideStaff was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. After a positive first interview with Jeff and David, the process became disorganized. Interviews with the property owners were scheduled with very little notice. Eventually, I was asked to meet the owners at a Starbucks, confirmed my availability, arrived on time, and waited. No one showed up. No one notified me. Afterward, the explanation given was that the owners had supposedly been there, with no clear communication or accountability from the agency. A staffing agency should manage scheduling and communication professionally. This experience reflected poor coordination and a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
