Stopped to drop off 4 packages. Stone was friendly and got my packages posted super quickly, even while answering a question for a coworker.

I went in 2 months ago I had over 50 packages but I never knew about ups scan form mind you this is my first time seeing this blonde girl working there she kept on saying I need a scan form mind you I have no clue what that is she told me about it but didn’t say anything about how to get it but she scanned the packages that day then 2 months later I went in today and this dude took care of me and scanned all of the packages with out a big deal but then the blonde lady comes out from the back and said “she’s been here multiple of times” mind you this is my 2nd time even coming in there with that many packages and I proceeded to tell the guy this is my second time and she just kept on talking about “I told her about the scan form” but never actually told me the stuff I need to do for it. The guy that helped me today was so sweet to me and he told me he will fixed this and he said “ let me get your name down and number and your gmail to get the scan form sheet, he helped me, and she never did the other time I was there, so what I’m trying to get at is she just doesn’t like her job nor respect the people that come in and bashes them for a simple thing that I didn’t know about and couldn’t help me to figure out how to do it just told me to look it up very rude worker.

Every trip to this post office is a guaranteed waste of time. The staff move like they’re being paid by the hour to do absolutely nothing, and somehow still manage to get everything wrong. Expect blank stares, lost packages, and the energy of people who gave up a long time ago. If you value your sanity, drive literally anywhere else.

We were here for an appointment for passport applications. All of the people at the post office were great and friendly and made it such an easy process. Ms. Dee was so friendly as were all of her coworkers.

This will be at least the 5th time that packages were supposed to picked up per Usps confirmation. And I was also expected to receive two packages via USPS according to their website out for for delivery as of 7:30 this morning. Neither pick up or delivery happened today. The email from the shipper later today, delivery was attempted and nothing happened. That is a bold faced lie, as the carrier delivered mail to my mailbox as I watched them. There was no delivery attempt or pick up as you would expect to see someone actually get out of the truck, however that did not happened. I had a meeting with 2 individuals at my house today and I couldn't run and catch them. So my only thought was there were 3 cars in my driveway as opposed to 1 or 2 cars. My driveway is large enough to accommodate 4 cars if not more. So not only did they not even bother to do their job but outright lied about. I have talked to the post master at our local office at least on 2 separate occasions, but apparently she does not have any authority over the carriers and what they do. I can no longer call the local post office because I get the automated system and promises me to call me in 1 to 2 business days. Big whoop!!! I can understand being overlooked or simple error as we are all human, but this keeps happening over and over again. What are we paying for? I am on route 4 in Pickerington.
Also because I just wanted to find out the holiday hours for today so I didn't make a wasted trip to get my packages that weren't picked up, to the post office, I can't even call for that. Luckily I saw another carrier in another neighborhood who was more than willing to take my packages and a very big thanks to him as he didn't have to do that if someone had actually done their job today.
