Interviews with the property owners were scheduled with very little notice. Eventually, I was asked to meet the owners at a Starbucks, confirmed my availability, arrived on time, and waited. No one showed up. No one notified me. Afterward, the explanation given was that the owners had supposedly been there, with no clear communication or accountability from the agency. A staffing agency should manage scheduling and communication professionally. This experience reflected poor coordination and a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
