I ship documents on a regular basis and every other time we have used one of USPS’ Priority Mail envelopes. Yesterday she refused to provide one saying ‘that’s your job’ and said I had to purchase an envelope. Because the store was due to close in 5 minutes she said I’d have to come back another time since there was not time to fill out the custom form. I’d really like to see the management respond to some of these poor experiences with staff customers report at this store. I moved here recently and normally everyone is so polite and helpful; you would think a local post office could do better.
