Their screening process of candidates works; I have never got any person that was anything less than the culture we promote. Robert Half is my 'go to' for Registration help at our events, which means that the RH representative is the first person the client sees and the first person to represent our company. I never have to worry that I am getting less than what is expected of our own staff. The recruiters are wonderful to work with and understand my needs. I have a great relationship with all of them in the Ohio/Michigan area, where I use them most often.

I'm told to log in and apply for jobs I see, but then I never get any follow up on these and these positions just sit there. Bad communication and never any results. They are more in favor of helping the client than the person getting the job. I get inconsistent info between people in an office.
