Instead of listening to what I saw as inconsistent treatment of customers, the manager (Kristal) was dismissive, curt, and spoke in a condescending tone. It’s unfortunate when someone in a leadership role treats customers with such disregard — especially in a service-driven environment where respect and communication should be a priority. I will admit, she’s definitely used to be “nice nasty”!
