The male who owns the store refused a return in the same package it was delivered in. He tried to sell me the correct package. This is the fourth time the exact same thing has happened. I called the sender and after hearing about the poor experience they refunded the money, scheduled a UPS pick up (which went smoothly in the same package), and replaced the item at no cost. Talk about two business mindsets at polar opposites of the customer service spectrum. I would rate a zero if I could. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!
