- TRTina RankinJul 16, 20251.0The mail carriers lately are horrible. We get informed delivery each day. We are constantly missing mail. Today we received 1 piece of mail out of 8 pieces. We have called and they always say give it a couple days to show up and they never do. I am not excited to get bills but I would like to pay them on time.

Unfortunately the store is understaffed, and they weren’t able to accommodate walk-ins during the designated hours. However Amie was so kind. She's offered to at least take my photo, since I was already dolled up. Fast forward to today, I’m back for my appointment, and realize I’m missing one important document. She pointed me to the BMV so I could obtain it, and said she’d be at work until 2:30. Well, I rushed back with two minutes to spare- fully expecting to be asked to reschedule (which I would have understood). Amie saw me, remembered me by name, and said she’d be right with me as soon as she wrapped up with another couple (which ended up taking about 20 minutes). So all together, she ended up staying an extra THIRTY FIVE MINUTES after she was scheduled off work, to help me. Words can’t express how grateful I was for that. The staff at this USPS have always been friendly with me- but Amie goes ABOVE & BEYOND!

- TTta305tpi600May 25, 20201.0Super lazy delivery drivers. I literally watched mail truck go by with my package. And sent amazon failed attemp to deliver message. They’ve lost my package recently and damaged another. Wish amazon would let us know who the delivery agent is. So I would never order item involving US mail. Only thing US mail is good for is delivering bills and junk mail. Pathetic!
