- SBShally BerriDec 2, 20253.0So the people who work there are really nice! However the UPS company or their new management is why they get 3 stars only. UPS store used to be nice now they are just as greedy as every other company. Two examples 1 it used to be like 50 cents to print a code for a return there now each page they print they charge 2.70 at least at this UPS. That’s just gauging people. Also the 2nd example is all admit me being in the wrong but I came in and had not taped up my box for a return. It needed a very small piece of tape for this style box. They usually would tape it for me. Last time I went the young girl had to tell me they don’t give tape anymore but I could purchase it for 5 dollars or come back. So I left with my box. I realize that’s on me for not taping a box. But that piece of tape was more important to them than me as a customer. This is the direction the UPS stores are going. Ok down with my rant lol

The young lady at the counter let the lady in front of me and my boyfriend two separate women ship things in plastic bags and had a problem with my shipping bag. Rude will not ever go back into this UPS lady should be fired.
