- CMChelle MorganJan 18, 20221.0Painesville Post Office has changed their hours to allow you access to your P.O. Box. The signs says it closes 7p and will reopen at 6am. It was 7:30am and the doors still had not been unlocked. The postmaster answered the phone and said she would open the door. Instead, she and another co-worker walked right passed the doors and never came to unlock the doors. Very poor customer service! It’s so sad to see this office continue to go down hill.

- CMClint MayfieldJul 18, 20181.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IRRESPONSIBLE POSTMASTER! UNTRUSTWORTHY POSTAL CARRIERS! If I could put ZERO STARS I would! I recently moved out to Painesville from Geauga County. In the 4 years I lived in Geauga only ONE package was lost. EVER. And it was found within 2 days! In the 4 MONTHS I have lived here in Painesville, they have lost TWO packages. The most recent time was this past Saturday. The carrier even scanned the item DELIVERED. I spoke with the Post Master today after a postal worker neglected to call me back for 2 days, the Post Master assured me the other workers would be informed to MAKE SURE they call back regarding claims when they insist that they will. He also took down my name and number and said he would call me back before he left (this was earlier today) it’s now 7:30pm and HE HASNT CALLED ME BACK. Grant it, he was very polite, but quite frankly, I could care less if he would’ve been the rudest person I ever spoke with if he didn’t lie to me, and actually did something about my lost package. I tried calling the Post Office 4 times and have got nothing but 3 minutes of ringing and then it hangs up! This is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! I will call the local police department and have them open a case regarding potential felonious theft from the postal workers if something is not done and if someone does not call me BY 11AM TOMORROW MORNING!!!!!’
