- LCLori CookSep 14, 20241.0I'm sorry I hate give bad reviews but they need merge owensville with Batavia po I get mail 1 day every 2 weeks maybe idk what's the problem however I feel it needs a huge upgrade I was told the postmaster has a bad memory? 🤔 I was absolutely shocked, I have used owensville po many years Joe is a sweetheart yes maybe aging but hey we all are!! Something needs to be done there I hate this it's historical they probably been there years but I. All fairness we deserve our correct packages, and mail!! I got a update my package is at Batavia po?? Idk nor have any clue!!

The man working there told me they had a better way to verify then I could but when speaking to him about my concern he was so short with me. He acted like I was an inconvenience. He needs to work in the private sector. Then he can be held accountable. Government workers don't care. They keep their jobs no matter what they do.
