To lazy to delivery it to my door . thats why there's no po box on the envelope. But instead they take it to ottawa post office so it gets returned. Wont even answer the phone. What a joke this place is joke and usps as a whole. Worst shipping company in the world.

When she doesn't deliver them her note always says she's came by super early (never is there by 12 oclock) then today we got home and saw a piece of mail laying in our neighbors yard. Luckily we didn't go out of town like we were going to and it didn't blow away because it was my moms medicaid card in an envelope. I've complained numerous times about previous situations but I've had enough. They don't care.
