I live in Union County, but I find it's worth driving a little farther to make sure your packages and letters actually go out the day they are mailed. I've had (Priority Mail!) packages sit as long as a week at Union County before they were mailed. Never a problem at Ostrander. Clerks are competent and quick.

I have lived in their delivery area for the last 6 years, our package deliveries and certified mail are constantly not even being attempted to be delivered. I have watched my postal worker pass my driveway and sit at my mail box filling out a slip saying no one was home for delivery. They never even exit the vehicle for said delivery, home security footage to verify my suspicion. This week we had a package to be delivered and again we had to go to the post office and pick it up. The post master was not interested in our issues and I'm sad to say that I wish I could have a different post office in charge of my mail. I've contacted the USPS via their 1-800 number and filed a complaint, hopefully something will come of this and our worries of not getting our mail and packages will be over.
