- MMMeganSep 24, 20251.0Twice now our mail lady has not attempted to deliver items that require a signature. She does not leave the truck to ring the doorbell or knock on the door (we have cameras). She puts the "sorry we missed you; please pick up at post office" letter in the mailbox.
- TMTodd MillerJul 18, 20251.0Cant seem to get things sent to the right places. Have dealt with this a few times now and its getting old. Package ive been waiting for arrives at the post office in orient which is where I reside. Then send the package to jeffersonville and now its moving through network. People need to learn how to do their jobs correctly. If I pay for shipping and have to wait longer because of a mistake by an employee than I should be reimbursed my shipping fee. Maybe people would pay more attention and do their jobs correctly
