There needs to be an investigation done at this location and pontiac where most of my items get sent through because this is unacceptable. I am trying to run an online business and I pay for tracking so why is this not being done?

- MMmit3snorlaxOct 18, 20211.0lost 2 of my pay checks! been in Ohio since July, change of address done and taken care of, last 2 weeks I have received no mail, even though I've been receiving mail since I've been here. when I stopped in at the post office to ask I was told a number of lies. 1. that its due to my change of address (not true that was done months ago why would it suddenly matter now) 2 tried telling me its my job not sending them (been shown proof by the company I work for) 3 finally the supervisor stumbled out the the back to just rudely state "if you don't have it , we don't have it" as if their system is infallible, even though a month ago I got all of my neighbors mail in my box. awful service, vile supervisor, I don't know anyone who can survive one missing check, let alone two, but I don't get a choice of who delivers my mail. if you want to move to Ohio and you're reading this, avoid Oregon, ill be googling soup kitchens in my area until I am allowed to get my paychecks, bet everyone at that office get to eat tonight, I don't know if I do!

At 11:30AM the boxes were OVERLOADED to the point that I could reach in and grab outgoing mail, including several bills, letters, and other items this location had been entrusted to mail. When my wife went in to let them know, they acted like it was no big deal. Wonder how they would feel if they put THEIR PERSONAL MAIL, THEIR BILLS, into that box and someone grabbed them out of there?! Horrible. We are NEVER going back to this branch again. Nope.
