Yesterday my husband and I were at the post office for a SCHEDULED appointment to take a passport picture for our daughter who is two. Upon arrival we were told her picture would not be taken because the post office was not equipped to take her picture. Apparently there is only one person at this branch to take passport photos. She said she would not take the picture due to her potentially falling off the stool. Our daughter is almost two. Mind you she didn't even attempt to take the picture she just said she wouldn't be a liability and risk her job. I called back later because I was upset and stated that it is not stated on the website that you won't take pictures for toddlers. I was then told its a case by case basis. I do not recommend using this post office for any sort of passport needs.
- KCKate ChapmanAug 4, 20251.0Totally difficult to get mail addressed to me delivered. 2 years now my mail goes missing/ is delivered to someone else or marked "addressed not found" It doesn't seem to bother them at all that the neighborhood is getting my mail and sensitive documents. Their newest trainee is already on vacation.
