- KHkatherine Hilvers2 days ago1.0We had the worst experince at this post office. Yesterday my husband and I were at the post office for a SCHEDULED appointment to take a passport picture for our daughter who is two. Upon arrival we were told her picture would not be taken because the post office was not equipped to take her picture. Apparently there is only one person at this branch to take passport photos. She said she would not take the picture due to her potentially falling off the stool. Our daughter is almost two. Mind you she didn't even attempt to take the picture she just said she wouldn't be a liability and risk her job. I called back later because I was upset and stated that it is not stated on the website that you won't take pictures for toddlers. I was then told its a case by case basis. I do not recommend using this post office for any sort of passport needs.

Their newest trainee is already on vacation.

Bills paid not making to the location Four Times this week alone . I lost 2 deals $8500 because thy could not deliver a simple letter to Illinois. I have never missed finance payment in my life, Now two in a row did not make it though sent weeks before they were due. Will someone get off their butt and remove this worthless agency from doing business It does not work to many free loaders in this system doing nothing Please get them removed .

He always have a smile and a hello to all the residents and does a great job! He really stands out as someone who loves their job and the people on his route, we need more people like him in this world!

I was told to we had to wait an hour because the “qualified person” was on a lunch break. We then came back and still were given the runaround. For a SCHEDULED APPT. Never got paperwork submitted. My husband and I have to coordinate our schedules to both be there- so wasted an entire day off for that. So unprofessional. Unacceptable. Wish I could give zero stars.
