He was very kind and helpful. He even made follow-up calls to check on the delivery status, and said he would check with our mailman too. The Oberlin Postmaster went above and beyond to help me! I'm so grateful for his help!

However, they frequently seemed under staffed during the busy times of day and you can expect long lines. It's very frustrating. I would love to see them add an express lane during these times for people who have very simple transactions - such as dropping off a prepaid box, etc. Great people, just wish there were more when it gets busy!
