The basement dweller who works here was less than useless. I had a package that was in the cincinatti distribution center and I asked if it can be held so I can pick it up. He just flat out said no instead of asking more questions (i.e., what my zip code was). It turns out the post office could hold my package, it just had to be the one that services my zip code.

Had an appointment to get a passport… got the confirmation email.. took off work… and whe I got to my appointment, I was told I had been called earlier in the day and told it had been canceled.. I asked who had called me and a manager named Amanda told me she had called. I asked Amanda what number she had called and found out that the “system” had messed up and I was not on the list of people she had to call. Her solution was for us to leave and find somewhere else to process our passports because she didn’t have staff. I asked if I could talk to the office manager and was told that she was too busy in a meeting to talk to me

Calling online with the AI bot was the most confusing and frustrating experience. It was unhelpful and would not let me speak to an agent. I'm only adding two stars (instead of one) since I delt with this situation on the phone.

Holy moly this place sucks!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to UPS or Fedex instead. They take F O R E V E R to deliver packages, and sometimes they lose packages. Lastly, Angela who works there is a complete karen and seems to hate her life
