Second package that was forcefully shoved into my mail box and now it's broken because the driver doesn't want to get out of the truck and put it on my steps like he does anytime my neighbor get a package in the mail just shows how much they care

I've always had an excellent experience at the Oak Harbor Post Office with friendly service and informative assistance. Helped me out especially when I was mailing packages overseas to my deployed spouse.

Neat looking old building inside. Didn't see or hear any employees, but didn't need assistance

Lady behind counter was rude and tossed package back at me. Acted like I was inconveniencing her. Took my packages to Elmore and had no issues. Terrible customer service.

If you need something more than a postal worker to simply add a box to a pile, go somewhere else. This place lacks training and experience. I was told explicitly that my international package (hardware parts) could not be shipped. This is bogus, and the lady at the window (Kathy) simply didn't want to do any work. I went to another USPS location and had no issue - like always. This location is understaffed and is starving for experience, and it shows.
