I would love to know our mailman’s first name. He goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service on W Elmore Eastern Road in Oak Harbor! Is it maybe Alex or Alec? Does anyone know?

If I could give lower than one star I would. First they incorrectly weighed a package I was sending to Canada causing me to resend and spend more money and they whole time treated me like an inconvenience. Second, I just found out they LOST my tax returns in the mail I sent out in March/April, I'm finding out in SEPTEMBER! Terrible service, awful handling of my mail, never going back to this post office again.

Neat looking old building inside. Didn't see or hear any employees, but didn't need assistance

If you need something more than a postal worker to simply add a box to a pile, go somewhere else. This place lacks training and experience. I was told explicitly that my international package (hardware parts) could not be shipped. This is bogus, and the lady at the window (Kathy) simply didn't want to do any work. I went to another USPS location and had no issue - like always. This location is understaffed and is starving for experience, and it shows.
