You can’t ask for anything otherwise they act like you’re the biggest inconvenience ever. They must know someone since it’s a small town otherwise they would be fired from any other facility.

I was told explicitly that my international package (hardware parts) could not be shipped. This is bogus, and the lady at the window (Kathy) simply didn't want to do any work. I went to another USPS location and had no issue - like always. This location is understaffed and is starving for experience, and it shows.
