I want to address how absolutely amazing Jeff is! He works with you and helps you get your packages no matter what. He’s fantastic! I hope they never lose him! Now let’s address some insanely RUDE OLD LADY that works there. She was in plain clothes so she’s not a carrier or a front desk worker, no idea who this stranger is handling our mail however she REFUSED to give me MY mail because my first name didn’t match exactly on the package (it was sent to me using my nickname which is the name I go by) but it did have my proper last name and address on it. So now I’m fighting with the post office to get my own property. It’s outlandish. Unprofessional and unacceptable. She needs to be fired. I don’t say that to often but she is not someone who should be handling people’s personal things if she’s just going to steal them.

The Norwalk Ohio postal delivery people wont walk up the sidewalk to deliver my mail but shortcut through my yard to bring mail, and said I have tripping hazards in my yard so they are holding my mail. They dont have to walk through my yard where my Halloween decorations are, use the dang sidewalk, that's what it is for. Now I have to go to the post office to fill out a form to tell the postman to use the sidewalk. Isn't that a bit over the top? Our country is in trouble if so many people lack "COMMON SENSE"!!!
