Left me standing at the counter 5 mins ringing the bell like an idiot while they held a conversation in the back. Wasn't until I yelled "are you on lunch or something?!?!" That someone acknowledgedmy existence, but they still didnt come to the counter. Useless. Ill drive next town over instead. And this review is by an OUT OF STATE RURAL CARRIER with 25 routes. Do better for your community.

Norton post office is an extension of barberton and it shows. When I need to receive a very very important letter they lose it and I end up having to go to the place that is sending it. 3 decades nothing has changed. Furthermore when I write return to sender or no longer lives here on mail that is not intended for me my mail carrier decides to play God and not take those letters or writes me little notes asking why. I also do not subscribe to magazines because from experience I will not receive those. If these people had to manage a real towns mail they wouldn't have jobs. Nepotism at its finest.
